Located in Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains, Interchange Commons is located on 8 acres fronting Route 209, a primary local artery, and is only ½ mile west of Interchange 74 on the PA Turnpike. 9,000 vehicles per day pass the site. We anticipate that Interchange Commons will enjoy a traffic signal at one of the two main entrances. A Hampton Inn is adjacent to the subject property. A neighboring property owner is planning a 50 acre spa and resort.
