Strategically located off PA Route 309 at its intersection with Interstate 78 and two miles from Interchange 56 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Spectrum Ridge is in the heart of the Lehigh Valley at the Stabler Center (www.stablercenter.com). The property is minutes from Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton, Pennsylvania, and about an hour's drive from both New York and Philadelphia. The location boasts a well-educated work force of nearly one quarter million workers, with 53% (in a ten mile radius) having college experience.
